Community Park

At the heart of Monroe, Community Park provides recreation and green space for residents across the city. It is located at 500 South Main Street and encompasses 55 acres of open space and urban forest.

Monroe Community Park offers playgrounds, baseball/softball diamonds, basketball courts, concessions, disc golf, grills, a playground, restrooms, shelters, and a historic log cabin. Nature trails crisscross the park and provide green space access to a number of nearby Monroe neighborhoods.
