The Butler County Board of Elections seeks Poll Workers to staff polling locations. Poll Workers are needed to help in the General Election on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and beyond.
To get started, complete the Poll Worker Application online at elections.bcohio.gov/PEOSignup. Every effort is made to place Poll Workers in voting locations near their residence.
Poll Workers, also known as Precinct Election Officials (PEO), are paid $202.05 per election. PEOs are required to attend a 3-hour training class, assist with Monday evening location set-up, and work from 5:30 a.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m. on Election Day.
Citizens of the United States who are registered to vote are eligible to serve as a PEO. Some additional eligibility requirements also apply.
