Proof of repair is usually an invoice or receipt from the plumber or the company that corrected the leak.If you made the repairs yourself, you can submit a receipt from any parts or equipment that you used to make the repair.
Once you submit this request, it will be sent to the Utility Billing Specialists for review and adjustment calculation.
Once the adjustment is finalized, we will send an email to the address that you provided informing you of the adjustment amount and your updated current balance.
